
Tuition and Fee Payment
Once you are registered for classes at Bene's, you will be billed for tuition and fees.
We no longer send bills by postal service – we will be sending your invoice to your registered email address with the business office to receive your tuition bill information.
Your tuition may be deferred based on certain financial aid awards, such as TAP and PELL. If you do not qualify for these types of aid, you must pay your tuition and fees by the date indicated on your bill. There are three ways to pay:

- You can pay in person with cash or check at the Business Office in New Port Richey or at the front desk on either campus.
- You can pay online with credit card or e-check with on our online bill payment web site.
- You can arrange for automatic deductions from your bank account or credit card through our automated bill payment portal.

Paying Your Tuition Bill Online
A student can pay online by e-check, credit card, or set up an Authorized Payer to pay online.

- Paying online with credit card or e-check:
In your Bene's account:- click the Pay Online Button tab
- enter your Email Address and Password
- if you have not set up an Online Account -follow the Prompts to create your Online Account
- click the on the Pay Outstanding Bills or click on the Unpaid Bills or Partially Paid Bills to see invoices to pay.
- then Make A Payment/View Your Bill/Sign up for Direct Deposit
- Follow the on screen instructions for type of payment chosen.
- Setting up a Payment Plan:
- The payment plan is set up to automatically deduct monthly payments out of a checking/savings or credit card account. Please see below for more information.
- To set up an Authorized Payer:
As a student, you can set up an Authorized Payer to view and pay your tuition bill. In your Bene's Online Bill Pay account: - enter your the Email Name
- click the Pay Your Tuition Bill or Confirm Charges link
- click the SELECT A TERM dropdown menu and choose your desired semester
- then enter QuickPay by choosing Make A Payment/View Your Bill/Sign up for Direct Deposit
- Here you will be able to see your statement and/or tuition bill, make a payment, set up an Authorized Payer or sign up for direct deposit. Please see below for more details on Authorized Payers.

Pay by Automatic Deduction:
The Bene's Career Academy Payment Plan allows you to authorize automatic monthly payments from your bank account or credit card. Automatically deducts equal payments from your checking or savings account, or charges them to your MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal Account.
To authorize automatic payment through the Bene's Online Bill Payment Portal:

To authorize automatic payment through the Bene's Online Bill Payment Portal:
- click the Auto Pay Your Bills
- You need to set up your bank account information first by clicking Add your Bank Account
- click the Automatically Pay Bills Box
- enter the Maximum Payment Amount
- click the Pay From Date Selection to set up a payment plan
